Mareike Johnson

When Mareike immigrated to Canada, her dream was to teach Indigenous literatures – but as life happens, sometimes the best laid-out plans don’t turn out as expected. She holds a PhD in English and the Certified Financial Planner designation and is currently working towards achieving the designation as a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner). Currently as a Financial Planner, Mareike uses her life experiences to help her clients plan for the future, adjusting where necessary to ultimately achieve their dreams. Her experience in the financial industry is diverse, starting back in 2012. Mareike takes the time, care and attention to sketch out a personalized plan tailored to each of her clients so they can trust her guidance and know she’s there with them every step of the way. When Mareike’s not planning, she enjoys writing and spending time outdoors with her dog.
